ORDERING

Orders submitted by you are subject to acceptance by us. We may choose not to accept your order and reserve the right not to deliver for any reason without any liability to you. Examples of when we may not accept your order include, but are not limited to, production problems or if we are unable to authorize your payment. When we have received your order you will receive an automatic e-mail confirming your order. Note that the confirmation e-mail is only an acknowledgment that we have received your order and not an acceptance of your order. Once the order has been processed you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail. If we are out of stock and would sell pre-orders, we will display this at the check-out station. In these cases, Airinum India cannot guarantee that the ordered items will be delivered in the near time, but Airinum India will give the best estimation possible. Airinum India holds the right to change prices, and correct incorrect prices on all orders as well as final sales and will give you the option of placing a new order with the correct price or canceling your order. If used incorrectly, Airinum India acknowledges the risk of leaving a bad impact on the wearer's health, both on the skin and respiratory areas, and recommends any wearer to seek consultation with Airinum India if unsure of the usage and function of the masks. Thus, Airinum India reserves the right to any harmful impact of the mask if used incorrectly. Moreover, mask usage by children should be done under the supervision of adults. The mask contains spare parts that should not be eaten or inhaled. Finally, the mask is not to be used to hide the identity linked to terrorism, robbery, Culligantacks, or other illegal events. The Airinum India mask intends to help people in need breathe cleaner air to stay healthier.

PRICES

Prices on the site are INR. For customers visiting the site from countries with other local currencies than INR, an estimated conversion to the local currency based on the current exchange rate may be displayed. All customers are billed in INR. The final price charged to your account or credit card will be calculated per the applicable exchange rate on the day your bank or credit card company processes the transaction (according to their rates). Airinum India has no control over these rates and does not take responsibility for any potential exchange rate differences or exchange fees levied by your bank. Prices do not include delivery charges such as customs, tax, or VAT. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Airinum India has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. For further information, we suggest you contact your local customs office and other relevant parties before placing your order. Airinum India may vary the prices of Products listed on the site at any time and without any notice but such changes will not apply to Products in respect of which you have been sent a Dispatch Confirmation. If you have been charged the wrong amount in the web shop Airinum India will give you the option to place a new order with the correct price or cancel your order. Airinum India however, reserves the right to cancel your order before dispatch should we find the price incorrect. In such a case, we will notify you by e-mail. We are under no obligation to provide goods to you at an incorrect lower price, even once we have sent a Dispatch Confirmation to you if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakable and could have been recognized by you as an error.

PROMOTIONS

Promotion codes are limited to one time per customer and cannot be combined with other offers, if not otherwise explicitly stated. Promotion codes and offers are only valid within the explicitly set time or as far as we have stock and do not apply to previously placed orders.

SUBSCRIPTIONS

Subscription period

You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (such as every third, sixth, or ninth month), depending on the type of Subscription plan you select when purchasing the Subscription.

At the end of each period, Your Subscription will automatically renew under the same conditions unless you cancel it or the Company cancels it.

Subscription cancellations

You may cancel Your Subscription renewal either through Your Account settings page or by contacting the Company. You will not receive a refund for the fees you already paid for your current Subscription period and you will be able to access the Service until the end of your current Subscription period.

Billing

You shall provide the Company with accurate and complete billing information including full name, address, state, zip code, telephone number, and valid payment method information.

Should automatic billing fail to occur for any reason, the Company will issue an electronic invoice indicating that you must proceed manually, within a certain deadline date, with the full payment corresponding to the billing period as indicated on the invoice

Fee Changes

The Company, in its sole discretion and at any time, may modify the Subscription fees. Any Subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current Subscription period.

The Company will provide you with reasonable prior notice of any change in Subscription fees to allow you to terminate Your Subscription before such change becomes effective.

Your continued use of the Service after the Subscription fee change comes into effect constitutes your agreement to pay the modified Subscription fee amount.

Refunds

Except when required by law, paid Subscription fees are non-refundable.

Certain refund requests for Subscriptions may be considered by the Company on a case-by-case basis and granted at the sole discretion of the Company.

PAYMENT

We offer safe payment by credit and debit card. All payments are processed using Stripe, a PCI-certified payment system. We accept payments with Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Payments are debited when the order has been made. When paying by card you will be asked for the card number, the name of the cardholder, its period of validity, and the CVC code. We do not store any credit card information and all information is encrypted using SSL encryption, which prevents unauthorized access to card details. There is no extra charge for card payments. In the event, no payment has been received after submitting your order Airinum India may automatically cancel your order. You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorized by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it.

SHIPPING POLICY

Airinum India ships its products to almost all parts of India. Orders placed will be shipped within 24* hrs. We ship on all days except Sundays and National Holidays.

To give you the best shopping experience, we do not charge any shipping fee for your orders. There is no minimum value order requirement on any purchase.

The estimated delivery time is approximately 3-4 working days once the order gets shipped from the warehouse.

Please make sure to enter your complete and correct address and phone number (Building name, flat no, area/sector, City, Pin code, state, and nearest landmark) to ensure your order arrives as soon as possible.

Tracking Packages: We will mail you the name of the courier company and the tracking number of your consignment in your registered email address. In case you do not receive mail from us within 24hrs of placing an order please check your spam folder. Tracking may not appear online for up to another 24 hours in some cases, so please wait until your package is scanned by the courier company.

RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS, EXCHANGES & DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

Airinum India will accept returns, cancellations, and exchanges for item(s) which has been sold by Airinum India within 30 days after delivery. Returned items must be in original packaging condition (unopened plastic wrap). Returns that do not satisfy these requirements will not qualify for a refund or an exchange, they will be discarded and will not be sent back to the sender. Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable but we will provide a free return shipping label for each order. For further information about our return/exchange instructions, visit our support page. If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item(s) sold by Airinum India, please reach out to our customer service team by email at support.india@airinum.com and they will help you.

Our absolute ambition is to have products in stock at all times, this is of utmost importance when it comes to replacement filters. We want nothing else but to be able to offer the best service to our existing customers and we appreciate that having enough replacement filters is crucial. However, due to relying on external partners for production, and especially the sourcing of raw materials for manufacturing filters, there is a risk that we won't be able to offer replacement filters at all times. Therefore we want to emphasize that we cannot guarantee supply, even to existing customers, and by purchasing our products, you are aware of this information. This means no refunds will be issued due to replacement filters being sold out (out of stock).

DISCLAIMER
